Laser Acupuncture: Needles of Light

LASER ACUPUNCTURE uses an extremely focused low-level laser beam (needle of light) instead of an acupuncture needle to stimulate an acupuncture point.

The laser needs only gentle direct contact on the body surface; it is non evasive, there is no pain, no skin/tissue damage and no side effects. It is excellent in pain control and the results are equal to acupuncture treatment.

The laser used is a Pointer Pulse hand-held locator/stimulator. The unit combines laser therapy with electrical stimulation, allowing both methods of treatment simultaneously or separately. Moreover, it is locator which emits a subtle tone when one has correctly located the acupoint.

Laser Acupuncture is a gentle and effective alternative to traditional acupuncture and as such is particularly well suited for use on the young, old or anyone who fears needles, and is also suitable for animals.

Laser Acupuncture provides a valuable tool to accelerate the healing of acute and chronic illnesses by stimulating and harmonizing the all pervading life-force (qi) that inter-connects the physiology, vital organs and the formless fields.
